Marcia Hines was Performing to a huge crowd at Noosa Food Event while Nicholas,Louise and I were under the pump serving our Brioche Dumplings filled with White Chocolate and Raspberries,and Dark and white choc dipping sauce....yummo!

This morning Noosa Farmers Market was a great morning out i just had to have german sausage and later in the morning a taste of Dutch pancakes mmmmmmmmmmmm scrummo
the Variety and Quality of produce fantastic whilst there caught up with chef friends from around Australia
David Coomer from Star Anise in WA seemed to be impressed ,and Bruno and Catherine Loubet just had to purchase some Pane au chocolate (must admit they smelled so so good)baked at the markets in the tent
After Markets it was back to Food Event where food Critics

The afternoon continued with loads of wine companies from around Australia doing a roaring trade whilst Kate Ceberano belted out her songs and others
a great arvo for all from what i saw.....
