Alex Brydges hosted the Innaugral South Burnett Wine Vintage Dinner
130 odd locals and Brisbanites enjoyed a 4 course dinner with great Jazz band in a huge Marquee in the Vineyard,

Kinbombi Beef
Bendele Farm Organic Duck
Kingaroy Cheese
were all featured
Alex showcased all His Wines
Verdelho,Chardonnay,Rose,Shiraz,Cab Sav and Stump Bock Fortified Shiraz Liquer Muscat
My Personnal Favs were Verdelho,Rose and of course the Muscat.
The liquer Muscat might just have to make it on to the Freestyle Menu as i can seeing it be a Favourite with all, especially with a yummy chocolate Dessert mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm www.bridgemandowns.com
