I opened the original Freestyle Tout 13 years ago in Rosalie (tout meaning everything or all), as a gallery and florist with coffee and dessert. Since its inception, Freestyle Tout has grown into a dessert café with an iconic reputation throughout Brisbane and Australia.

In May 2009, Freestyle Tout in West End opened.

My goodness! You put the old table up there!!!! So exciting. It was on that very table I tasted my first (and tastiest to date) creme brulee! Divine.
