This book has a lot of great information on spices, some fantastic recipes and loads of informative tips on wine and wine matching. Its always great to see Lyndey as she is known for her fun, fast and fabulous approach www.lyndeymilan.com Ian Hemphill is one of Australia's foremost culinary spice experts www.herbies.com.au
